ABOUT

Leaders and boards have no shortage of ideas, projects or technologies to explore. Their real challenge is deciding what to prioritise, assessing risks, committing the right resources and ensuring transformation creates real value.
As an AI strategy and corporate governance consultant, I help leaders clarify priorities, anticipate change and make informed trade-offs to build realistic, sustainable and well-managed transformation paths.
Bring independent judgement to board decisions, challenge strategic assumptions and put emerging risks into perspective.
Identify consequential changes, test strategic assumptions and make choices that hold up across different possible futures.
Rethink work with AI: connect valuable use cases, processes, data, accountability and adoption in a coherent transformation.
Reduce friction between teams, clarify priorities and connect strategic decisions with results in day-to-day operations.
Build the skills and shared practices that help leaders, managers and teams turn transformation into everyday progress.
Step back from a difficult decision, compare options and shape a direction grounded in what your organisation can actually deliver.
From technology and project leadership to management, governance and organisational transformation.
This journey allows me to connect digital, human, strategic and decision-making challenges for leaders and organisations undergoing transformation.

THEIR WORDS, THEIR EXPERIENCE
Shared challenges, lasting collaborations. Reflections from the people I have worked with. Quotes translated from French where applicable.
I worked with Mehdi on several projects for different clients. A brilliant and rare expert in Microsoft solutions, he also stands out for his soft skills, particularly active listening and handling pressure. He often worked directly with the CIOs of major clients.
I worked with Mehdi for two years on the redesign of a mainframe application. As a Microsoft expert and tech lead, he proposed clear, well-documented technical solutions. His excellent understanding of business needs and his interpersonal skills make him a professional I highly recommend.
He brings forward ideas. Alongside his strong technical skills, Mehdi is personable, sociable and works well in a team, maintaining excellent relationships with colleagues and clients. It was a pleasure to work with him: responsive, attentive and ambitious.
We worked together on several professional projects, and Mehdi consistently showed involvement and commitment. You can count on him. When he takes on a project, he commits fully, with creativity and efficiency.
Mehdi and I have collaborated on a project, I was dazzled by his highly advanced Tech skills and by his sense of organization and efficiency. Together we have achieved beautiful targets in a record time and under lots of constraints. I would definitely recommend him and I would gladly re-launch another venture with him.
I had the opportunity to work with El Mehdi. He is an excellent teammate, a kind and frank person and an ideal colleague. I highly recommend him.
El Mehdi made a major contribution to the success of our work. He often took the initiative and provided momentum when things stalled. It was a pleasure to work with him, and our work was often appreciated by management.
